Business manager, with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Statistics and postgraduate studies in Technology Management. Her professional and work experiences include more than 15 years of supervisory positions at the Department of Trade and Industry and managerial positions in private companies.

LOIDA T. FERNANDEZ

A Doctor of Medicine by profession; she has more than 10 years of experience managing family-owned businesses

ANA MARIA R. PABAYOS

Director

She is a Career Executive Service Officer and former Vice President of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS). She managed the handling of agencies’ and individuals’ accounts on social insurance matters, giving GSIS opportunity to collect billions of pesos of premium arrearages from government offices. With vast exposure from the Corporate Planning Group, she was involved in the preparation of corporate plans, policy and procedural guidelines and design of monitoring tools. She is also a part-time Professor in well-known universities.
